Event Planning
It’s all in the details
The best events are those that transport you into a fully immersive experience—where you can relax, unwind, and let the experts craft unforgettable moments
As a seasoned event professional, I turn your ideas into action. With over a decade in various roles from project management to logistics, I have a unique expertise in understanding your large scale vision and still emphasizing the most intricate details.
As a small business, you can take comfort in knowing that your event will always get the attention and focus it deserves. I work with you directly from the initial inquiry all the way through the day of serving as your point of contact on-site.
Whether you are looking to have an intimate gathering with only your closest family and friends or a large-scale conference with a couple hundreds attendees, the planning process will be seamless as all aspects of the event are taken care of from the budget to the venue and all communications leading up to the big event.

A full service event planning, virtual assistance, and consulting company, Simply Stellar Solutions is owned by me, Monica Hammond. I am a solopreneur based in Austin, Texas. I have worked with a variety of clients across different industries including associations, art museums, local and national nonprofits, and retail manufacturers.
I enjoy working with solo entrepreneurs and small businesses as I specialize in time management, streamlining for efficiency, and problem solving - the most common challenges among those with lean teams or simply not enough hands on deck.
